1. General Policy
Janhit Paryavaran Social Work Society is a non-profit organization. As a general rule, all donations made to the foundation are non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your support and contribution to our causes.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical glitch.
- If an amount is deducted erroneously from your account.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. You will need to provide proof of the transaction (e.g., transaction ID, bank statement snippet) to help us investigate the issue.
Once your request is received, our team will review it. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
